Frequently Ask Questions
.
How is Forme' different from red light saunas or beds offered locally
The key difference is direct skin-contact delivery at the highest available frequency. Saunas and beds disperse light over a wide area at lower intensity.
Our panels make direct contact with the skin and operate at the strongest frequencies in the Wiregrass Area — maximizing ATP production, fat cell depletion, and collagen stimulation for real, measurable results.
Is Red Light Therapy safe? Are there any side effects?
Yes — red light therapy is non-invasive, painless, and has an excellent safety profile.
There are no unfavorable concerns related to the procedure. Sessions are effortless and completely comfortable.
You must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatment.
How many sessions will I need to see results?
Most clients begin seeing visible results within their first series of sessions.
We recommend 2–3 sessions per week until your full treatment is completed, with each session lasting 20–30 minutes.
Your provider will recommend the right number of sessions based on your goals.
What areas of the body can be treated?
LipoMelt is effective for the midsection (belly and waist), arms, thighs, and buttocks.
Skin rejuvenation treatments can be applied to the face and body.
Pain relief sessions can target specific areas of inflammation or chronic discomfort.
What is the 70% reduction rate?
Research has demonstrated that red light treatment results in exceedingly successful depletion of fat cells and their contents while decreasing overall body mass in treated areas.
Our 70% reduction rate refers to the clinically observed effectiveness of LipoMelt-style red light therapy for fat cell reduction.
Do I need to do anything special before or after a session?
Sessions require no special preparation and there is no recovery period.
You can resume your normal activities immediately after treatment.
There is no downtime — because it isn't surgery.
What wavelengths does Forme' use?
Our machine utilizes both mid-600nm (including 635nm) and near-infrared (including 880nm) wavelengths.
These two frequencies have been utilized in an extensive variety of treatments that advance healing, fat reduction, collagen production, and pain relief.
What Happens to the Fat?
The fat is broken down into free fatty acids and glycerol entering the bloodstream after being released.
The fatty acids can be used for fuel or quickly eliminated by the body once in the bloodstream.
What research has been done?
Our therapy is based on the revolutionary cold light research of NASA and leading clinicians.
Does non-invasive lipo help with cellulite and loose skin?
Clients undergoing Forme Nvasive’s non-invasive lipo treatment have reported an enhancement in cellulite as well as skin tone and texture.
How does it work?
The distinctive light emitted from Non-Invasive Lipo causes the fat cell membranes to momentarily alter the permeability of the cell wall.
This brief alteration allows some of the fat contents to leak out to where it can then be processed by the body.
Do I have to exercise?
The short answer, no. However, we do recommend that you follow up your session with at least 10-15 minutes of exercise to stimulate circulation and help burn the excess fat the treatment released.
What can I expect during a treatment session?
Think of a spa experience when you think of our treatment sessions. You will be lying down on a treatment table and have special pads placed on the body sections you want to target.
Some of our clients say it feels like they are wrapped in a cozy warm blanket. It will be a time to unwind and relax while our machine works its magic. Easy and pain-free!
What risks or side effects are involved?
There are no risks or side effects. This is considered a much safer alternative to the more invasive procedures such as traditional liposuction. It is 100% NON-invasive and does NOT cause any scarring or bruising.
What areas of the body can be treated?
Our treatments can be successfully be used on every part of the body where fat deposits exist that are diet and exercise resistant. This includes the waist, hips, upper legs, thighs, and upper arms.
